Because every product is made specifically for you after you order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing, colour, style, change of mind, or accidental purchases. Please check the size guide before ordering—and if you're unsure, contact us first and we'll help you pick.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at seawolvesapparel@gmail.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photographs showing the product and the problem. If it's a manufacturing defect or our error, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Cancellations and changes can be requested within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production has begun and we can't cancel, modify, or refund the order.
Every item is produced after purchase, so processing times vary. Once your order ships, delivery is handled by the carrier. Estimated times are provided for convenience and aren't guaranteed.
